An instant booking code is generated, allowing patients to look up appointment status without passwords.
Clinic staff manage queues with five-state status flows (Confirmed, En Route, Completed, Cancelled).
Scheduled background triggers send timely reminders before appointment times.
Administrators customize clinician rosters, treatments, and clinic announcements from an internal panel.
