Problem & Challenge

Students wasting time hunting for study tables and power outlets during exam weeks, while cafes suffer from no-shows and unmonitored table hogging.

How It Works

Users explore live seat availability, power outlet flags, and venue amenities across partner cafes.

Reservations are confirmed with slot durations and minimum spend guidelines.

Upon physical arrival, scanning the table's unique QR code triggers instant check-in.

Geolocation coordinates are checked using the Haversine formula to prevent remote check-in fraud.

No-shows after 15 minutes automatically release tables and adjust customer reliability scores.

Architecture & Technical Decisions

Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, HTML5 Geolocation with Haversine verification, client-side QR scanner, and role-based staff panel.
